- Is there a contract?
- No — plans are month-to-month by default. You can cancel from the portal at any time.
- Can I upgrade later?
- Yes. Off-contract customers swap plans instantly from the portal; your next invoice is pro-rated.
- What if my address can't get fast NBN?
- The address checker only shows plans your line can deliver. If you're on FTTN and want 250/100, we'll tell you that's not possible rather than sell you a plan you can't use.
- When does billing start?
- The day your service is activated — not the day you order. Activation typically takes 2–5 business days; you get an email when Vocus confirms.
- Do I need to bring my own router?
- You can. We also stock pre-configured units in the shop if you'd rather plug-and-play. The 4G backup SIM needs a compatible router — we'll flag this if you order both.
