    Open a ticket from the portal, email support@ictaustralia.com.au, or call us. You don't need an account — the portal will create one automatically.

    We respond within business hours

    A real technician triages your ticket. Most issues we diagnose remotely; if onsite is needed, we'll quote and book it.

  3. 03

    Confirm + go

    For paid work, you get an SMS or email with a Stripe pre-auth link. Confirm the amount, we do the work, the charge is captured on completion. No surprises.
