Other information

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage charges (excess data, voice calls) are billed monthly in arrears. We accept direct debit, credit/debit card, and BPAY. Invoices are emailed and available in the customer portal.

Cancellation

All plans are month-to-month — cancel at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no early-termination fees apply unless a plan-specific contract term has been agreed in writing.

Faults & support

Open a ticket from the portal, email support@ictaustralia.com.au, or call 1800 33 6000 during business hours. We acknowledge faults within one business day and aim to resolve within five business days, depending on the wholesale carrier's response.
