ICT Australia is an Australian-owned ICT company. We run our own NBN, voice, and 4G stack so that when your service breaks, you reach the same team that built it — not a script-reading call centre on the other side of the world.

Bench-shop beginnings
Started as an IT support business helping small Australian operators keep their gear running — repair benches, network installs, the occasional "can you come over and look at my printer?" callout.

Shifted focus to serving Australian small businesses with dedicated IT support and solutions — building the relationships and hands-on expertise that would become the foundation of everything that followed.

Managed service provider
Evolved into proactive monthly support: monitored backups, Microsoft 365 management, and security baselines. By taking care of the IT, we freed our clients to focus on what they do best — running their business, not chasing tech problems.

Became an RSP
Stood up our own NBN, voice, and hosting infrastructure so we could own the customer experience end-to-end. With full visibility across our network from a single dashboard, we can detect and resolve issues fast — no juggling multiple vendors or navigating different technologies, just quick action and minimal downtime for our clients.
