ICT Australia is an Australian-owned ICT company. We run our own NBN, voice, and 4G stack so that when your service breaks, you reach the same team that built it — not a script-reading call centre on the other side of the world.
How we got here

2018
Bench-shop beginnings
Started as an IT support business helping small Australian operators keep their gear running — repair benches, network installs, the occasional "can you come over and look at my printer?" callout.

Managed services
Grew into proactive monthly support: monitored backups, Microsoft 365 management, security baselines. The same customers kept asking us to "fix the internet" too.

Became an RSP
Stood up our own NBN + voice infrastructure so we could own the customer experience end-to-end — no more pointing fingers at a wholesale carrier when something broke.

NBN, 4G backup, business voice, and IT support — all delivered, billed, and supported by the same Australian team. The portal does the routine stuff; we pick up the phone for everything else.

No offshore call centres
When you call, you reach a technician in Australia who can see your account and your services. No tier-1 script reading, no escalations to an invisible "back office".
Self-service where it helps
Plan changes, top-ups, paying invoices — you shouldn't have to wait on hold for those. The portal handles them in two clicks.
Honest pricing
Month-to-month by default. No exit fees off-contract. No "promotional pricing that doubles in month four". The price you see is the price.
Tools we built, not bought
Our portal, billing, voice provisioning, and CDR pipeline are built in-house and version-controlled. When you ask "can you change X?", the answer is usually yes — same day.
Boring, reliable infrastructure
Industry-standard Vocus NBN access, FusionPBX voice, Stripe billing. We invest in monitoring and backups so you never need to think about it.
Privacy + security first
Strong password hashing, magic-link auth, encrypted SIP credentials at rest, signed webhooks, signed audit logs. The boring security stuff done right.
We build the tools we run on.
Our customer portal, billing pipeline, CDR rating, and provisioning are written in-house and version-controlled. When you ask "can you change X?", the answer is usually yes — same day, often same hour.
We use the boring, proven layer underneath: Vocus for NBN access, FusionPBX for voice, Stripe for billing, Postgres for the canonical data. The interesting bits — pricing, billing logic, contract handling, support workflow — are ours.
